1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Paramount Books Hub LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By browsing our catalog, adding books or tarot card decks to your cart, or purchasing any item from our storefront, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Order Processing & Payments

All transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Stripe Inc. When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the credit card, debit card, or payment method provided.
  • You authorize Paramount Books Hub LLC (via Stripe) to charge the full amount displayed at checkout, including item prices and any applicable shipping charges.
  • Prices and stock are subject to verification. In the rare event of an inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order promptly.

3. Non-Chargeback & Mandatory Dispute Resolution Clause

PLEASE READ THIS CLAUSE CAREFULLY. IT DIRECTLY GOVERNS YOUR RIGHTS TO DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS:

  1. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Support Contact: By initiating a purchase on this website, you expressly agree that before filing any chargeback, claim, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), or payment provider, you MUST first contact our Customer Service team at +1 315-820-1725 or email founder@paramountbookshub.com.
  2. Good-Faith Resolution: You agree to provide our support team with a minimum of 48 hours to investigate and resolve any order inquiry, damaged item claim, tracking update, or delivery concern.
  3. No Change of Mind Chargebacks: As stated in our Refund Policy, orders are non-refundable for change of mind. Initiating a bank chargeback because of buyer's remorse, unrecognized merchant name despite an order confirmation, or refusal to follow our 3-day damaged return policy constitutes an unauthorized and illegitimate chargeback.
  4. Fraudulent Dispute Action: Any chargeback initiated without first attempting resolution through our 24/7 customer service hotline will be vigorously contested using carrier delivery verification (GPS/signature proof), IP/browser timestamps, and your explicit acceptance of these Terms at checkout. Paramount Books Hub LLC reserves the right to recover chargeback fees and administrative costs associated with bad-faith disputes.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

Orders are dispatched with valid tracking numbers. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and monitoring tracking updates. You agree to inspect all delivered books and tarot decks within three (3) calendar days of carrier delivery to report any physical damage or printing defects per our Refund Policy.
