Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items (3-Day Inspection Window)

We take pride in packaging every book and tarot deck securely. If any product arrives damaged in transit, with defective binding, printing errors, or missing tarot cards, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact our customer service team within three (3) calendar days of the verified carrier delivery timestamp.
  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the parcel packaging and the specific defect or damage.
  • Once validated, our team will dispatch a replacement copy at no cost to you or issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Orders

Due to the rapid dispatch and print distribution nature of our book and tarot inventory, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse once an order has been fulfilled or delivered in sound condition. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

3. Order Cancellations

If you made an error during checkout, contact us immediately. Orders can only be modified or cancelled within two (2) hours of placement, provided warehouse fulfillment has not already commenced.

4. Dispute & Chargeback Prevention Notice

Our team is available around the clock to swiftly resolve any shipping delay, damage claim, or order inquiry.

Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback without contacting our support team breaches our sales agreement and will be contested with full carrier proof of delivery, order timestamps, and agreement verification logs.
